Tom Blackwell Limited is a privately owned plant hire and earthmoving company. Operating as a main or sub contractor, working on both large and small projects in London the South East and East Anglian regions from our complex in Halstead Essex.

Tom Blackwell has been involved in plant hire and earthmoving for over 50 years. Tom and Anne Blackwell together established the company and now in association with their team of experienced and skilled staff have achieved their key goal of creating a successful and ever expanding family concerned company providing a quality service and customer satisfaction.

Over the years the company has grown dramatically but has retained its firm family base. We pride ourselves on being able to deliver a first class service and backup which only a family based company can provide.
